I had the pleasure of meeting Denise Roussel while showing me
a condo. I didn't have a realtor at the time so asked Denise if
she'd represent me, which she was happy to do. Denise was
always available to show me condos I was considering and
answer any questions I had regarding the condos. The market
was moving very quickly with price increases following. I was
getting discouraged because any offers I put in were turned
down, even though we were going in with offers well above
asking. Denise wouldn't give up and she found me a lovely
condo in the up and coming Cliffside area.
Since Denise did an amazing job finding my condo, I asked
Denise to sell my parents home in Scarborough. Success again,
the house sold in 3 days and we received much more money
than expected. Needless to say wewere thrilled with the
outcome. Now that my parents' place was sold we needed a
condo for my brother. Denise took him to view half a dozen
condos and in the end found a new Tridel building that checked
all my brothers boxes.
We couldn't ask for anything better. Denise worked diligently
with us through each and every upcoming situation and always
with a smile. Success with all 3 transactions. We strongly and
