Here is your August GTA real estate report 🏡

Average selling price is trending downwards due to a surplus of inventory on the market. This is a good time to get into the market if you are a first time home buyer! Sellers, don’t get discouraged as there are still multiple offers on properties that are renovated, new, and/or staged appropriately and are selling higher than value. It depends on the strategy and approach when selling in a tricky market.

Happy closing to my buyer clients! 🏡

There were quite a few properties with multiple offers that my client was interested in but we wanted to stay within budget. The last thing I want is for my clients to overpay on a property and end up paying higher payments every month just to keep the home. We were able to get in quick, fast, low, was able negotiate the price and secured the deal within 24 hours lower than value! This property met all of the clients expectations and they were thrilled!
