Outing ideas to do with your baby ✨

Let me motivate you in doing activities with your little one!

Yes, it feels overwhelming and some days are better than others, but you won’t regret leaving the house. Even for an hour is better than nothing!

I set aside 3 days for outings with her and I plan weekly classes and friend meetups to make sure we stick to a schedule. 🗓️

Start taking your baby out when they are young for them to get use to sleeping with noise and in the stroller. It makes life so much easier! 🙌

There are many reasons why a home doesn’t get sold and these are some reasons why 🫠:

- No upgrades vs. Competitor’s is upgraded
- Overpriced for the condition of the home
- Too colourful and not matching modern trends
- Dirty walls, sticky floors, stains on curtains
- Old and yellowed light switches, vent covers
- Too cluttered, overwhelmed with personal items
- No staging or thought put into listing
- Dark and feels unwelcoming
- Unappealing smell and odours
- No landscaping and weeds everywhere
- Unkept backyard
- No repairs done
- Buyer cannot see themselves living there
