February 2026 GTA Housing Market Update

The latest numbers from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board are in:

🏡 Average price: $1,008,968 (⬇️ 7.1% year-over-year)
📉 Sales: 3,868 homes (⬇️ 6.3%)
📋 New listings: 10,705 (⬇️ 17.7%)

💡 What does this mean?
With fewer homes hitting the market and steady buyer demand, the market is starting to tighten. Buyers still have opportunities, while well-priced homes are attracting strong interest.
