Quentin would've started building an apartment building portfolio sooner, probably in year two of his REI journey.

And, he would've focused his time more on cash-flowing assets from day one and taken on more partners to acquire those types of assets.

So...with these nuggets in mind, I'm off to get more info about an 8-plex in SW ON...
