One of the biggest questions we had was: “Can a studio unit be rented without parking?”

The answer is yes—absolutely.

For many studio units, especially in the GTA, parking is not necessarily a deal-breaker. Studios often appeal to young professionals and tenants who don't own a vehicle. And when it comes time to sell, the right buyer will understand the rental profile and demand for this type of property.

At the end of the day, cash flow matters.
