My story is one of passion, determination, and unwavering commitment to the world of real estate. I was born and raised all over the GTA, from midtown York, to North York, to Peel & Vaughan. My family and I moved a lot compared to most, but my love and connecti
on to the City remained consistent through-out. Coming from an immigrant working class family, I was just 14 when I started at my first job and I’ve never looked back since. The experience taught me valuable lessons in business, customer service, and the importance of hard work. My entrepreneurial spirit continued to grow throughout my early 20s. I explored various business opportunities, from selling telecommunication products to property maintenance under a small business I created. Each venture contributed to my financial education and provided valuable experience around owning your own company. At 21, after years of hard work and determination, I took the first step in my real estate journey by purchasing my first property. This purchase ignited my passion for real estate and marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. With properties in hand, I decided to deepen my knowledge of the real estate industry and made the bold decision to become a licensed realtor. During this time, I also entered into the property management and appraisals industries, eager to learn the intricacies of the field. These educational pursuits provided me with a solid foundation and invaluable insights into the real estate world. This knowledge proved to be a valuable asset as I furthered my real estate career helping clients buy and sell properties. I worked tirelessly to build a reputation of excellence, always putting my clients' needs first. My entrepreneurial nature has allowed me to approach real estate transactions with creativity and a keen business sense. I have witnessed fluctuations in the real estate market, from the highs of a booming market to the challenges of economic downturns. My ability to assess property values and provide sound advice to clients proved invaluable during these turbulent times. As I achieved success in my real estate career, I felt a strong desire to give back to the community. I sit on the board of directors for a non-profit seniors mandated housing community. My knowledge has helped the board make sound and important decisions for the ongoing maintenance and future projects of the building and it’s residents. I continue to expand my knowledge and stay current with industry trends. My goal is to remain a trusted advisor and advocate for my clients. From pre-construction developments, to renovations and construction of new build properties, from condo to freehold resales, I am both experienced as a consumer and educated as a Realtor to consult you each step towards achieving your real estate dreams.
