The keys should never be where the relationship ends.
I received this Google review today from one of my recent clients, and this one genuinely meant a lot to me.
Of course I’m grateful for the five stars — but what mattered most was why she gave them.
Patience. Trust. Persistence. Making the process less stressful. And, most importantly, knowing that I didn’t simply hand her the keys and disappear.
That is exactly the kind of REALTOR® I strive to be.
Real Estate is about far more than completing a transaction. It’s about the people who trust you to guide them through it — being available, advocating for them, answering the million questions 😂, and continuing to care after the paperwork is signed and the keys are handed over.
Sometimes that apparently includes becoming personally invested in a never-ending appliance saga. 😂
