The birds were having an all-you-can-eat buffet... until a baby raccoon showed up and said, “Excuse me, where’s MY reservation?” 🦝😂

Not wanting to be left out, he climbed up to the bird feeder and started eating like he owned the place. The birds? Evicted. The raccoon? Promoted himself to Head of Birdseed Security.

Moral of the story: Never underestimate a hungry baby raccoon with a dream. 🤣

This homemade ginger-turmeric wellness shot is my go-to during cold and flu season. Packed with vitamin C from oranges and lemon, plus the natural benefits of ginger and turmeric, it’s a simple way to support your immune system every morning.

✨ Take 1 portion first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:
• 4” fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp turmeric
• 2 oranges, peeled
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Add water, ginger, turmeric, oranges, and lemon to a blender.
2. Blend for 60 seconds.
3. Strain through a fine sieve.
4. Add black pepper and olive oil.
5. Shake well and refrigerate.

Makes 7 portions for the week. A simple daily habit to help support your immune system and start your day feeling refreshed. 💛
