Is the Toronto condo market starting to tighten?

The May 2026 data is showing an important shift:

📈 Sales are rising
📉 New listings are falling
🏙️ Prices are still below previous highs

That combination matters.

For the past two years, condo buyers have had more choice, more negotiating power, and more time. But when demand starts improving while supply starts shrinking, the market balance begins to change.

This does not mean the market is suddenly hot.

It means the window may be starting to narrow.
