Yay for democracy!! Greenwin Corp. heard the tenants pleas to remove the jail bars at the front entrance! Here’s to a small win for us! Now the question is how long the bolts will remain in the ground with caution tape next to them??? Let the countdown begin starting from Feb 18, 2021... Anyone have a wrench? 🔧

Greenwin Corp. management - Mr. Jay Cohen strikes again!!! Instead of simply hiring a security guard, or perhaps adding a collection of large heavy potted plants to deter homeless people from sleeping in our vestibule... he has outdoor INDUSTRIAL JAIL BARS installed INSIDE of the entrance of the building to keep out the homeless!! Is there NO END to the bad management decisions of this man? The tenants are appalled and horrified!! What are people to think of where we live?? It looks like a jail or mental institution holding cell!!! We are all collectively embarrassed to have this addition made to the entrance of our homes!!! This is beyond ridiculous. It needs to be removed immediately!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON’T MOVE-IN HERE! Spend your $1800++ a month somewhere else!! 😤🙈

This man was found in our Greenwin Corp. building vestibule sleeping last Sunday morning at 10:30am. At 11am on-site management still hadn’t escorted him out even though they had been informed. He was finally asked to leave by a female tenant, who then turned to find on-site management in the office allowing this to go on - potentially endangering tenants!! This man was not in his right mind because he was on various drugs and/or alcohol. When the female went outside to walk her dog, the man waited for her on the street corner yelling unintelligible angry comments making her then walk in another direction out of concern for her own safety! Greenwin’s “Building Manager” and new Director of Operations Jay Cohen does nothing to protect the tenants in order to save money for an extremely large and greedy/cheap corporation. This is what it is like to live in this building with 1bdrms starting at $1800+
