A transformed pool and terrace for residents to enjoy at 60 Colborne.

When concerns arose with the amenity space, Forest Hill Residential worked alongside the Board to understand the challenges and help move the project forward.

Three years of investigation, planning and collaboration led to improvements to the pool, terrace, waterproofing and drainage, restoring an important part of residents’ everyday experience at home.

We’re grateful to have been part of this shared effort, with everyone working towards a space that better serves the building and its community.

The Forest Hill Residential Golf Open marked 25 years with a day of golf, connection and giving back. ⛳️

Held at Eagles Nest Golf Club, the event brought together our team, industry partners, sponsors and guests in support of Baycrest’s Kimel Centre for Brain Health and Wellness.

This anniversary reflects the dedication of our people and the lasting relationships built with residents, clients and partners over the past 25 years. The Golf Open was an opportunity to celebrate those connections while contributing to a cause that matters to our community.

On October 3, Forest Hill Group is proud to support the Road Hockey fundraiser for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, helping raise funds for cancer research. 💙🏒

Our commitment to community extends beyond the properties we manage. Supporting causes like this brings our team and partners together to contribute to work that matters to so many families.

To date, our team has raised $15,058.05 thanks to the generosity of our supporters. We’re grateful to everyone who has donated and helped us reach this milestone.

September has been off to a great start at Junction House by Slate Asset Management🤝

We kicked off the month by introducing the team, meeting residents in person and taking the time to connect with the people who make this building what it is.
