I’ve had the chance to meet so many of the neighbours while marketing this home, and every conversation has ended with the same request:
“We hope you find us a really nice neighbour.”
As a Realtor, I hear a lot of things during a listing. Hearing that over and over again is rare.
It reminded me that while beautiful homes are important, it’s the people around them who truly make a place special.
