💬 I got a texttt!

Unlike Love Island... these are the texts we actually get excited about!!

The keys, the sold signs, and the photos are amazing, but these messages are what make it all worth it. Getting to celebrate our clients’ wins, see their excitement, and know we played a small part in such a big milestone is something we’ll never take for granted.

These moments are hands down our favourite part of the job. Helping our clients find “the one” (home, of course 😉) and getting to celebrate every win along the way is what makes this career so rewarding.

Some purchases are years in the making🏡✨

I first met L + E back in 2021 when I helped them find a condo to lease in downtown Toronto. Over the years, we stayed in touch and often talked about what homeownership might look like for them one day.

Earlier this year, they reached out ready to start exploring properties in person. Over the past few months, we looked at all kinds of homes in different neighbourhoods across the city, narrowing down exactly what felt right. Then, the perfect house hit the market.

It checked every box. The location. The layout. The feeling. Everything.
