Toronto buyers keep saying there are “no deals” left.
Meanwhile this one traded for over $1.03M in 2022… and is now asking $699K. That’s a $333,000 drop in one of the strongest rental and university corridors in the city.
📍1080 Bay St
✔️ 1 Bed + Den
✔️ Parking spot included (huge for this area)
✔️ Walking distance to U of T
✔️ Bay Street / downtown core
✔️ Den with sliding door that could work as a second bedroom or office
✔️ CN Tower view + solid outdoor space
And yes… it shows rough right now because it’s tenanted. That’s exactly why a lot of buyers scroll past opportunities like this.
Sometimes the best deals are the listings nobody staged properly, nobody marketed properly, or nobody looked at twice.
A parking spot alone in this pocket can save you years of headaches. Anyone who lives downtown already knows that.
If you’re thinking about buying in Toronto but aren’t sure what’s actually overpriced vs undervalued, send me a DM. I’ll tell you straight.
