In today's real estate market, finding a property that actually cash flows positive from day one is incredibly rare 🔍
But we just put together a transaction in Windsor where we represented both the investor selling the property and the investor buying it. Even with the current down market, we were able to structure a deal where the numbers made perfect sense for both sides.
The seller got a clean exit to reallocate their capital, and the buyer secured a rare, cash-flowing asset that brings in immediate revenue. Alhamdulillah, when you understand the numbers and know how to manage both sides of a deal, you can create massive wins even in a tough market climate.
