In 2026, pricing is everything. 🎯

The Toronto market has shifted. Buyers are careful, informed, and unwilling to chase a number that isn’t supported by the data. The homes that sell well are the homes priced with the market, not against it.

46 Banta Road, a beautifully preserved 1900 village home in the heart of Warkworth, is a great example. Mature gardens, hardwood throughout, a three-storey barn outbuilding with real creative-use potential, and a short walk to the shops and cafes that make this village so magnetic.

When we repositioned and re-launched on July 15 with a strategy built on real market data, comparable sales, buyer engagement, and showing feedback, the home found its buyer and sold in 5 days at 95% of asking.
