“Just how long are you planning to live, Robert?”

This is what I wanted to ask my 83 year-old potential client when they were worried about running out of money.

No doubt it’s a common concern for downsizing seniors, but is it based in reality?

Seniors worried that the values of their home have decreased to the point that they no longer have options.
