It’s. YOUR. turn!!!
I had just dropped my daughter off at school and turned the car around to position myself to make a left turn out of the parking lot. Since I was in no hurry, I figured I’d just sit and patiently wait… SURELY some courteous, kind and thoughtful commuter would allow me to enter the roadway 🥰.🧽5 Minutes later…
As watched car after car pass, I snapped out of my previously non-chalant demeanour and said to myself … Marsha, you’re gonna have to get up, look for an opportunity and jump in cuzzzz NOBODY is gonna give you a way in tuhday!!! 😂
So I sat up straight, calculated my turn in relation to the traffic… I spotted a driver lacking and made my turn, quite gracefully and seamlessly I might add. 💪🏾… As I got into the lane I did the customary wave to the driver behind me and headed on my merry way.
What did I say all this for? Sometimes we sit and wait for someone to provide an opportunity when in actuality, we already HAVE all we need to get started inside of us. Although someone providing an opportunity is super helpful… if you don’t see one forthcoming… try your best to make one for yourself… you never know you might forge out an even better way of doing things…And oh yes…always be courteous to those coming behind you😘

On Sunday before family dinner, my dad tells me how he was embarrassed at the car being in the driveway so dirty lol 😅

So Monday morning I headed to the nearest car wash/gas station.

So, each time I get an automated wash, I always get a little anxious as approach the end of the belt. The time starts to count down as the dryer begins to dry the car.

The light at the end of the belt says for me to WAIT. As I’m sitting there, still, no movement, I’m like man this seems like a long time to wait…

I mean a red dodge caravan has just entered behind me and I’m still sitting here at the end WAITING. What if the door comes down on the trunk??

I really want the car to dry with no streaks but.. should I still wait or proceed? Just as I’m contemplating in my head my next move, the light turns green 🚦😅…. My car was dry (still a little dirty but that’s for another day 😅) and the caravan behind me was fine receiving his wash.

and immediately I got the message….

I smiled because God’s really been downloading some messages in some random ways.

He said sometimes it seems there’s no movement. Nothings is going on… you’re static. You begin to question him and his ability to make good on his promises.. Jer.29:11… But…. He said it was your time to WAIT.. whether it’s for protection or preparation, WAIT.

And when he sees the all clear, in his perfect timing… he’ll signal GO!

If anything has caused a delay for you and you’ve been waiting… I sense that it is GO time!!! … can’t wait to share and hear about the miracles about to take place ❤️❤️❤️
