Jesse Jenish

Jesse Jenish I help busy Toronto families upsize with ease and confidence using my Next Chapter Method. I look forward to the opportunity to work together!

I'm an experienced Toronto real estate agent who consistently ranks as a top performer amongst my peers. I caught the entrepreneurial bug when I started a successful small construction company which I operated during the summertime while studying at the University of Guelph. I decided to take this entrepreneurial spirit to the world of real estate in 2011 and have not looked back since! My hard wo

rk and passion for my business have helped me quickly build a reputation as a top agent that provides outstanding customer service while helping buyers and sellers in the competitive downtown Toronto real estate market. As an avid hockey player who competed in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and then for the University of Guelph Gryphons, I learned the meaning of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork. From the first phone call all the way to closing on your property, I bring the same level of dedication and hard work to my business as I did at the rink.

HEY JESSE:

“Baby #2 is on the way.

We’ve outgrown our condo.

What should we do first?”

A client reached out recently with exactly this question.

Most families think the first step is looking at houses.

It isn’t.

Before we looked at a single property, we slowed it down.

What wasn’t working?

What mattered most?

What did their next home need to support for the next 5-10 years?

That’s Step One of my Next Chapter Method:

Clarity & Direction.

Because once the plan is clear, the move gets a lot easier.

DM NEXT CHAPTER and I’ll send you a copy.

What Most Toronto Families Don't Realize...

A lot of condo owners feel stuck right now.

They need more space.

They've looked at the numbers.

And when they compare what their condo is worth today to the cost of the next home they want, the gap feels overwhelming.

For some, that leads to a simple conclusion:

"We'll just wait until the market recovers."

And sometimes waiting is the right decision.

But I've found that many families get stuck because they assume there are only two options:

Sell now and take a loss.

Or wait.

The reality is that every family's situation is different.

Your goals, timeline, finances, and priorities all matter.

That's why the first step isn't predicting the market.

It's understanding what paths are actually available to you today.

Sometimes the answer is move now.

Sometimes it's wait.

Sometimes it's a path you hadn't considered.

Most families don't need the market to be perfect.

They need clarity on what's possible today.

Have you ever felt stuck between the home you have and the home you want?

Most people think the hardest part of moving up is finding the next home.

Usually it isn’t.

The real challenge is coordinating the move.

Selling one home.
Buying another.
Managing timing.
Reducing risk.
Trying to make good decisions while life keeps moving.

This is where many people start to feel stuck.

Not because they don’t have options.

Because there are a lot of moving parts that need to work together.

That’s why I built the Next Chapter Method.

A framework designed to help Toronto families make clear, well-timed decisions around their move—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

DM “NEXT CHAPTER” if you’re thinking about making a move and would like a copy of the Next Chapter Method.
