در این ویدئو، روند قیمت‌ها رو خیلی ساده و قابل فهم بررسی می‌کنم.
در حال حاضر، قیمت‌ها حدود ۱۱٪ پایین‌تر از بالاترین سطح خودشون هستن،
اما همچنان حدود ۲۴٪ بالاتر از دوران قبل از کرونا قرار دارن.

یعنی بازار اصلاح شده، نه سقوط کرده.

✔ تعدیل قیمت‌ها بعد از رشد سریع
✔ فشار کاهشی هنوز کاملاً متوقف نشده
✔ حرکت تدریجی بازار به سمت ثبات

برای خریداران، این یعنی قدرت مذاکره بیشتر،
و برای فروشندگان یعنی اهمیت قیمت‌گذاری دقیق و واقع‌بینانه.
