There’s a very different feeling that comes from watching a house you’ve imagined on paper finally take shape.
By the time the custom windows arrived at Saint Leonards, the proportions came alive, the rooms filled with light, and I could finally see the home I had imagined. Then came the finishing touches, staging, and ultimately, the real test: putting it on the market.
Selling on the first day was wonderful. Setting a new benchmark for price per square foot in Lawrence Park was even better.
But the most important thing Saint Leonards gave me wasn't the sale.
It gave me conviction.
Conviction that thoughtful architecture had value. That restraint could outperform excess. And that the different worlds I had spent my career moving between could finally become one.
That's why, all these years later, I still think of Saint Leonards as The House That Changed Everything.
