Inventory "FOR SALE" went up by 33 units (in comparison to this week in 2022 where it increased by 55 units and in 2021 where increased by 25 units). Inventory "FOR LEASE" decreased by 146 units (in comparison to this week in 2022 where it decreased by 69 units and in 2021 where it decreased by 223 units). Things are just as they should be on the "FOR SALE" side with no meaningful change in inventory. On the "FOR LEASE" side inventory is really stable for this time of year so the market is not showing any signs of weakness from the supply side again this week.
