The first step to doing anything right is learning what you don't know!

Are you curious to maybe buy.. but not sure what you can afford?

Consider asking your bank about a mortgage pre-approval.

You never know until you ask, and you can LEARN and get a good idea how much they are likely to approve for you. You can then start browsing real estate with a better idea of what you can get - or even if home ownership is right or not for you. It's the first step in learning how to get there!
