Here are your November 2021 Real Estate stats for Leslieville! Not too much different from last month to be honest. Inventory remains low for both freehold and condos but the amount of buyers in the market continues to be on the low side.

We saw much lower showings on our own listings in November and it seemed to be the same for other properties.

The market will continue to slow as we get closer to the holidays and into early January.
