Fall market update🍂🏡

For those of you considering getting into the market, here’s are some updates on what we’ve seen from September👇🏼

Home sales went down a bit (7.1%),however there are 39.8% more listings than last year. For buyers, this means you got more options to choose from! As a result of more listings coming up, they are also staying on the market longer📊

In summary, despite the slow down of sales, price have still increased slightly, showing a balanced market for both sellers and buyers👍🏼

Congrats to my client on her first condo! 🎉

We saw the space as a blank canvas and discussed so many ideas on how to recreate the space. The layout was spacious and the views were *chefs kiss*

We were able to snag this at a great deal and there are TONS to be made out there! 🤝🏼

When is the right time to buy real estate? The answer is when you are ready. Just like stocks, you can’t time the market. Real estate is long term play, so fluctuations will happen. The only time it will matter is when it’s time to sell👍🏼

There will be times where we are in a competitive market and prices were skyrocketing, so if you have the financial means and have been waiting on the side lines for the right time, then it may be something to consider!😚
