When I first walked into the unit at 900 Mount Pleasant, I knew immediately it had potential. The space was bright, well laid out, and exactly the kind of property that could perform well with the right strategy.

When our lovely sellers were ready to list their home, we got straight to work. With the incredible team at Moda Staging, top-tier professional photography and video, and our full marketing strategy in motion, we prepared Wembley to shine.

We chose to launch with a “list low” strategy and a set offer date, a method we had seen succeed in other pockets of the city. The first week brought over 18 showings and truly fantastic feedback from buyers.
But come offer night, no one came to the table. It was time to pivot.

We remained confident in the product and its value. Showings continued steadily (over 35 showings), and the buyer feedback was consistently strong.
