It might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it's definitely worth considering during your home search. Let's break down the pros and cons of each direction:
North-Facing Front (South-Facing Backyard):
☀️ Pros: Lots of natural sunlight throughout the day, especially in the backyard and rear living areas. Great for bright, open spaces, gardening, and outdoor lovers! Can naturally warm your home in colder months.
🥵 Cons: In hotter climates, this could mean warmer interiors and higher cooling costs in the summer.
South-Facing Front (North-Facing Backyard):
