Don’t let a tricky space steer you away from what could be the perfect home 🏡 Take our house for example - there were a lot of elements in the living room that we didn’t know what to do with when we first saw it. We took some time to think and sit with it and eventually made it into a space that really works for us. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of time and imagination 😉

Something you may or may not know about me… I have a sourdough starter named Old Betty, and she’s old enough to have her own stories 🍞

I’ve been baking with her for years now, and somewhere along the way it turned into one of my favourite things to share. I’ve gifted pieces of Betty to friends, family, even clients.

There’s something really rewarding about the whole process, mixing, waiting, baking, and then getting to share a warm loaf with the people I love. Also so rewarding to hand someone a little jar of something alive and watching them fall in love with baking too!
