Well, 2014 is already proving to be an interesting year. Half way through January and we have 20% fewer listings coming out compared to 2013. Yes there were less sales, but that was because there were fewer good homes to buy. Forget the spring market, right now is the time to be selling as buyers are there ready to pounce!
