York Heritage renovates and manages architecturally interesting older buildings to provide a sophist Lawrence BIA and the Liberty Village BIA.

Led by Michael Cruickshank, Vicki Rodgers and Robert Eisenberg, York Heritage Properties is very much a reflection of its principals' long-time enthusiasm for, and commitment to, the preservation of Toronto's rich architectural heritage. Michael and Robert have co-founded two Business Improvement Areas: the St. Both Michael and Robert remain very involved in the communities they've helped to establish.

Our new business at 10 Alcorn, Cowley Abbott, is hosting an open house today – Friday, September 25th! The event is an opportunity to explore their new gallery space and ask their team about artwork sale-related questions. Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in Suite 101 at 10 Alcorn Ave.

Housing on the Line, a conceptual project and architectural exhibition conceived by , is coming to the Bakery - 2 Fraser Ave. - this week.

Developed in collaboration with six other architecture firms, including our friends and TCF tenant STUDIO AC, the project proposes speculative designs that integrate multi-unit residential buildings with smaller existing subway stations along the TTC Line 2 Bloor-Danforth.

Opening reception – Thurs. Sept. 24th 6 – 9 p.m. Exhibition – Sept. 25-27 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

It was wonderful to see Robert Eisenberg, one of our founders, receive an award at the annual LVIBA street party recognizing his role in establishing the Liberty Village BIA over 25 years ago. 👏👏

We enjoyed hosting our annual BBQs this week for tenants at the 3/11 Church and Bond Street buildings!

Huge thanks to our friends C'est What for hosting us on their sunny patio on Wednesday and to BBQ Gourmet for a delicious BBQ on the roof at 70 Bond on Thursday. We also enjoyed live tunes from Craig Robertson 🎶✨🍔
