These interest rate differential penalties are a ripoff. If you had a CIBC, Firstline or President's Choice between 2005 and 2017 and paid an IRD pre-payment penalty you may be eligible for a claim.

If you have previously used or are currently using CIBC for your mortgage payments, you might be entitled to hundreds of dollars.
