Hi! I’m Celia:) I’ve been working in residential real estate for the past 5 years and I still can’t believe this is my job! My career! This is the longest position I’ve ever held because I usually get bored, restless and need a change of pace.

One thing about being a Realtor that I love and I think subconsciously I was drawn to, is that every day and every deal is so so different. Over the years I have learned more about who I am and how I thrive. I never thought it would be in real estate but it actually makes so much sense for me! Life is full of surprises.

I cannot explain how magical it was for my clients to purchase this property with 2 very well sized units, a double detached garage, laneway, detached house AND only a few blocks from me :)
This was my first time working with co-purchasers. In this case a couple and one of their mothers. They are set out to live long term together in a sustainable way, supporting each other through the different stages of life. When they contacted me to work together my heart beat fast for their dreams.
It took us a while to come across a property that had 2 great units and wasn’t in dire need of a massive renovation.
The offer date came and we got the house! It was our first offer together so it was an exciting time. Still conditional we had several days to do our due dillegence but then my partner went into labour just as we were reviewing the home inspection so I was OUT. Luckily my trusted teammate jumped in and helped them firm up the offer and my clients were in good hands throughout the whole process.
I love how they are going to live in community and it also took community to support this purchase.
I’m also emotional about becoming a parent 🥰 but more on that later.
I didn’t expect to even do this deal as the due date was approaching but when the right house comes along I’ll make it happen for you!

💝⚖️💝⚖️💝⚖️💝⚖️💝⚖️💝Many congratulations to my clients on their first home purchase! This Westwood house in the East end is the perfect balance of potential and livability. This house has so much room to grow into and to customize and yet is standing strong and the work can be done on my clients own timeline. ⚖️

With dreams of a 3 bed, 3 bath, detached house and a private drive, I am very proud of my clients for being decisive and brave. It can be overwhelming to take on a house that needs work but that’s the secret pocket of real estate that holds so much and value AND you get to create something that you truly love.

Although I’m most certainly not a contractor, I can connect my clients to excellent trades so they feel supported and in the right hands throughout their journey beyond the purchase.

We ended up working together for many months with pauses for babies to be born and for priorities to Re prioritize. You truly can’t rush the timing of these big life decisions and I find time and time again that it always works out. Always!

I am very much looking forward to my clients and their 2 sweet kids enjoying this house for years to come.

Super satisfying lease experience for the start of spring 🌸. My clients are moving from out of province to be with family and their new 👶🏼 grandchild:) They needed a place to rent that was close by for easy babysitting, food deliveries and cuddles.

We took our time to discuss their criteria and gather all the necessary documents. When they came in for a 1 day only tour we found the place and sealed the deal immediately. Being prepared pays off!

So glad they can now check that off their list and move to Toronto knowing exactly where they’re going.

February stats! Still comparing to a time last year when prices and demand were sky high. With all of the interest rate hikes we are certain to see an adjustment in price year of year. The continued lack of supply keeps the demand holding strong with the average days on the market all under 22 for all property types.

We are seeing a major increase of active buyers for the end of feb and beginning of March with multiple offers and well marketed properties selling as soon as they hit mls.

Hoping for the spring to sprout some more listings for all those excited buyers out there ready to make a move.

#1 thing about a house that you cannot change is where it’s located. Duh!

My clients were determined to find a place that they could fix up themselves. With help from family in the building/contractor biz, they were truly able to see the potential in this sweet detached High Park home.

Their vision will turn this postage stamp lot into a dream home. Perfect first time home buyer success story. I am so jazzed my clients get to live a stones throw from high park and right beside Roncy with all it’s good coffee, amenities, food and fun.

They were a true delight to work with. They really knew what they wanted and weren’t afraid to go for it!
