Pack an “Open First” Box… but not just one, do it by ROOM

Most people hear “pack a first-night box,” but they make one big random box and it becomes a mess.

Instead, do this:

👉 Create a clearly labeled “OPEN FIRST” box for each main room:

Kitchen: paper towels, dish soap, scissors, coffee maker, a mug, snacks
Bathroom: toilet paper (key!), hand soap, towels, shower curtain
Bedrooms: sheets, pillows, phone chargers
Living room: remote, extension cords, Wi-Fi info
Why this is a game-changer:

You’re not digging through 20 boxes just to find a phone charger. Each family member can set up their own space quickly It instantly makes the new house feel livable within an hour

Use bright colored tape or stickers for these boxes so movers can’t miss them and tell them:
