Fasken, who has been calling First Canadian Centre in Calgary home for the past 21 years, just completed a major renovation of their 44,000 sq. ft offices over 5 floors.

We caught up with Sandra Mouland, the Office Manager for Fasken, who said “The smooth and efficient renewal process and the unparalleled customer service of the Leasing and onsite Property Management Team constantly and consistently outperformed our expectations. We feel valued and respected and proud to continuously called First Canadian Centre our home in Calgary.”

She also said “Not only we are investing in our space, GWLRA is also investing in the building amenities and elevating our comfort and experience." The property team is currently in the process of upgrading the building's amenities which are expected to open in Summer 2024. These upgrades include the addition of a brand-new tenant lounge with functional meeting facilities and collaborative spaces that will be filled with natural sunlight and a bi-level fitness centre with a multipurpose studio and three-story high windows.
