One Year Down… and man has it been a RIDE 🤣. Can’t believe its officially been 1 year since I became a Realtor… firstly thank you to all my amazing clients who entrusted me to help them find their dream home… I honestly couldn’t have done it without you all!
The first year in real estate is always the hardest, everything that can go wrong will go wrong, you’ll meet some very INTERESTING people and let’s not forget a lockbox will be the bane of your existence for at least a couple of months lmao.
In the midst of all this crazy you’ll ask yourself what the hell is this s**t (yall won’t believe how many times I considered going corporate 🤣😭)… BUT trust me when I say it’s worth it. I’ve met so many amazing people along the way, learned and grew so much not just as a business woman but as a person, anyone in the trenches of “year 1” believe me you’ll survive and it only gets better! It’s never a dull moment.
PRO TIP NEW AGENTS:
1. Forget Wine you need that Hard LIQUOR
2. Business is slow… don’t trip book a vacation and watch how quick you get busy!
3. Lockboxes thrown in the bin? With your luck it’s probably all the way at the bottom so look there first :)
