A 1960s home with a whole new first impression.

The goal was an elegant, contemporary exterior on a tight budget. We worked with the existing stone, added insulation to improve energy efficiency, and brought the design together with a covered porch, an upper gable and new second-storey windows.
The transformation? Guests now ask if it’s a new build.
