A lot of people had opinions about my tenant situation…
and many were quick to blame “politicians.”

But here’s the reality 👇

Landlord & tenant laws are provincial — not federal.
The system we’re dealing with here is Ontario-based.

And yes… the system is very tenant-friendly.
So much so that some tenants feel entitled to ask for thousands of dollars… just because a landlord wants to move into their own property.

That part honestly surprised me.

Tenants have rights — 100%.
But landlords have rights too.

The key?
Know the rules. Follow the rules. Use the rules.

That’s exactly what I did.
