For , it starts with thoughtful design, a clear sense of place, and architecture that feels both timeless and welcoming.

We asked Michele Gucciardi, the architect behind Rosetta, to share the vision for this planned residential community in Georgetown. Designed to transform a former industrial site into a refined place to call home, Rosetta draws from a contemporary interpretation of neoclassical architecture while reflecting the character and continued growth of the town.

From its balanced proportions to its quieter, more sheltered interior community, every detail is being considered with future residents in mind.

We’re excited to share a major milestone for in Georgetown, Halton Hills, with the submission of our Site Plan Application!

Located immediately next to the Georgetown GO Station, our vision for 1 Rosetta Street includes three mid-rise buildings (8–12 storeys), over 600 units, significant public open space and amenities, improved roadways, and a new multi-use path connecting directly to the GO Station.

This milestone reflects a strong collaborative effort across our consultant team, including Turner Fleischer Architects, MEP Design, Smith + Andersen, Greck Engineering, Salas O'Brien, Paradigm, SLR Consulting, and more.

At Harmony Hill, LEV’s two solar PV carports have the capacity to generate over 180,000 kWh annually. That's enough to power 26 homes each year.

It’s one of the many ways we’re exploring how smart technologies can help build a lower-carbon future.
