Congrats to one of my recent clients for purchasing this newly built and very large, walk/out bungalow on a ravine lot, for a steal!!
What this doesn't show you is the journey to get here.. We thought we found the perfect home prior to this one. in their desired area. |We made a conditional offer on a home inspection being done. When we got to the home inspection, we found mold in the attic (lots of it), and the thermal imaging showed a leak in the ceiling from the master bathroom tub. It also confirmed that the HVAC units and roof were all 6 years older than what we were told they were, which really mattered to my clients. Sadly, we ended up having to walk away from that home.
Pro Tip - When I represent a seller, I ALWAYS recommend getting a pre-list home inspection so there are no surprises and we can remedy the issues prior to listing it.
