Collin Richard Young comes to condominium investing with a solid industry background, a synergistic life partnership and plenty of firsthand experience. After graduating with a 5-year post-secondary degree in the arts, Collin ran a graphic design business through which he compiled government tenders. Armed with this knowledge, he ventured into new condominium real estate, discovered a new passion and worked his way to becoming a Platinum Sales Representative with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Prestige.

Collin has amassed a comprehensive overview of what is happening in Toronto’s condominium market through this experience and his marriage to Linda Mitchell Young. A longtime industry professional, Linda has held positions in every aspect of the real estate development industry, and has worked on more than 70 residential and mixed-use condominiums over the years.

Their combined knowledge bases and experience creates a solid foundation upon which Collin is amply qualified to advise clients about investing. In addition, this couple puts their money where their mouth is: they have purchased three pre-construction condo suites (one in Florida). They rent out two of the units, so they are intimately familiar with being landlords.

Collin’s professional philosophy is simple: he does whatever he can to match people with the right investment properties for their needs and life circumstances. For him, helping people is time well spent. His strong relationships with Toronto’s prominent condo developers means he can offer VIP access to sales in advance of other realtors and the general public.
