Well it’s a new record! Our latest listing hit the market this afternoon at 3:30pm. It was sold conditional on Status Certificate review at exactly 9:00pm! That's 5.5 hours! My previous record for a condo was 12 hours. Even during a pandemic, if a property is properly marketed through the right channels, with awesome photos and a killer listing, anything is possible!
