January’s numbers are in…

📉 Sales down 20% year over year
📉 Roughly 20% decline month over month from November to January
💰 York Region prices down 7.8% month over month
📦 Inventory dipped in December, but mainly because listings were taken off the market

It is a clear buyer slowdown over the last 90 days.
