Congrats to my Buyer’s on this absolutely amazing loft-style condo! Nearly 2,800sqft of renovated space. HAS to be one of the nicest condos east of Yonge. I mean, the place even has a 3 Storey dumbwaiter to the roof terrace so you don’t have to bring your food and drinks up the stairs! Come on, that’s luxury!

Let’s try this again. I enjoyed watching the stats each week so I could be on top of what was going on in each sector. I’m back on it and will post these for myself and anyone else who’s curious about which way the market is moving weekly.

Such a rarity in a VERY strong Seller’s market.

With very few listings coming out each week and with 6-40 offers on nearly every house, my clients and I patiently waited for an opportunity and didn’t let it slip by.

I feel VERY lucky to have secured a home in one of Toronto’s most sought after neighbourhoods for under asking. Not only under asking, but in my opinion severely undervalued once we spend a few bucks righting some wrongs in the home.

What’s crazier is the we were able to make it conditional on a buyer home inspection. That’s RARE!!! This allows my clients to make an informed decision and make one that best suits their growing family.

Will post the full congrats once we firm up; but for now… this is a rare and positive outcome in an otherwise chaotic market for Buyers.
