Average sale price sits at $1,051,969, down 4.9% year-over-year.

New listings came in at 17,097, down 9.3%, pointing to less inventory hitting the market.

5,946 properties sold, up 7.0%, showing more completed transactions than April 2025.

Days on market increased to 29, up 16%, meaning homes are taking longer to sell overall.

December vibes in Toronto. The harbourfront has done a great job of adding some more interest and activities for families to enjoy which was nice to see and experience. We headed over there after leaving the Fairmont to enjoy some outdoor skating with the kids. One of the best things they’ve added is outdoor fire pits. If you go, maybe bring some marshmallows and sticks.
