His Bio:

Professionally for many years I owned a successful wholesale distribution company with 23 distributors across Canada and the US. I worked with many leading retailers like Walmart, Canadian Tire, Michaels and Nissan. I have also managed a number of small to medium businesses throughout my career, so I understand the importance of driving revenues, holding or reducing costs, and providing best in class customer service. I have extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. I also have a degree in Economics (U of Guelph) and an MBA ( U of Toronto)

My Thought: Run the building like a SUCCESSFUL business.

• Make sure we have the revenue to properly cover our expenses
• Drive down costs while delivering the level of service our residents expect
• Plan for the future with a healthy reserve fund
• Treat each and every resident with dignity and respect

My Expectations of the Board and from Management:

We are all shareholders of the Pier (YYC382) and our bottom line should be to increase our shareholder value. We are also customers of the services the building offers us and I expect the very best in customer service.

Why vote for Me?

I want our building to be the Gold Standard of Condos of the Lake. Growing up in Toronto, everyone knew quality of the Palace Pier, even today, but less so.

Im a numbers/operations type guy. Ill dig deep into our budget, ask the hard questions, and make sure that we get value for the maintenance fees we pay.

I expect the best. There are too many loose ends I see day to day in the building not being addressed in a timely fashion Id like to instill a sense of urgency that seems to be lacking.

I will work diligently on your behalf together with our current board members to put the brightest shine on this Jewel of ours.
