Happy May, So many converging arrows?Well the spring market has finally begun and it will be very interesting to see how it goes! With a Donald and a war things are pretty much up in the air however, sales are moving forward and there is improved affordability especially in the condo market. As you can see new listings are down and that is reflected most notably in the sale of semi's of which there were just not that many on the market. What does the future hold?? No one knows with the uncertainty out there as well as the ongoing drama around CUSMA however, I can tell you this, real estate is always a great investment in your long term future!!
