Oh look seasonal markets are back! Surprisingly enough though Condo's held their own. However as one sale does not make a trend nor does one month, for the first time in a long time buyers have more power and it will be exercised until it can't!!

Another hold by the Bank of Canada which is no surprise given all that is happening. Some Banks think there might be a hike before the year is out, but since any inflationary pressure is not due to normal economics but is the result of erratic policies of others, I don't really see it! How about you?? June's numbers are relatively stable, however there was a ceasefire so I thought it might be interesting to compare these numbers with June of 2019, the last year everything seemed sane in this world. Cheers!
