Draft Plan Approval is a major milestone in the development process - but it doesn’t mean construction starts right away.

It means the municipality has approved the proposed subdivision plan in principle, subject to a series of conditions that must still be addressed.

From engineering and servicing to roads, utilities and other municipal requirements, the development team continues working behind the scenes to move the project toward final approval and registration.
