July 2026's TRREB Market Stats are in! Let's take a look.

Average Selling Price in July 2026 is $1,003,956, falling from June 2026's Average Selling Price of $1,058,658.00 the previous month, a difference of $54,702.00 on a month-to-month scale. From year-to-year, we see a 4.5% decline in Average Selling Price, with July 2025 sitting at $1,051,600, a decrease of $47,644.00.

July 2026 had 815 fewer Home Sales, 5,955 Home Sales, as compared to June 2026's count of 6,770 Home Sales. On a yearly scale we see another, although smaller, decrease in Home Sales, with July 2025 at 6,047 Homes Sales, a 0.9% increase year over year, or 92 fewer Home Sales this year's July than last.

Fewer homes were listed in July 2026, New Listings at 14,484, as compared to the previous month of June 2026 at 17,282 New Listings, a difference of 2,798 New Listings on a month-to-month scale. On a yearly scale we see a greater decline, 17.8%, in the number of homes being listed this July 2026 as compared to July 2025 at 17,623, a decrease of 3,139 New Listings.

There is a slight 2% increase on a month to month scale with the Sales to New Listing Ratio for July 2026 at 41% and June 2026 at 39%. A larger 7% increase is seen in the Sales Ratio from July 2025 at 34% to July 2026 on a yearly scale, however.
