In real estate, people always ask about the market… but the moments you remember have nothing to do with charts or headlines.

It’s the couple sitting on the floor of an empty living room, eating takeout because their furniture hasn’t arrived yet, saying “this already feels like home.”

It’s the buyer who almost didn’t book the showing because they didn’t think they were “ready,” but ended up falling in love with the first place they walked into.
