Closing day for my tenant client at 1435 Celebration Drive in Pickering.

Selling a family home after 20+ years is very different than selling a property you’ve only owned for a short time.

There’s often far more emotion involved than people expect, decades of memories, routines, milestones, and the reality of closing one chapter to begin another.

As I get older, this becomes more and more clear.

Life is rarely about staying comfortable.

It’s about learning to adapt when things change, continuing to move forward even when the path isn’t perfectly clear, and finding meaning through what you do each day.
